- VOLTA will not alter the charging speed of any device and it can handle any charging speed of any device (adapter).

- All orders will be shipped with tracking number and will delivered in most cases by local national postal service.
- Can I plug VOLTA into my computer, laptop, car charger or power bank?
- Absolutely YES, VOLTA is compatible with everything, your existing USB cable is, so VOLTA will work with your devices that are USB compatible.
- What is the length of VOLTA?
- VOLTA comes in 4 different dimensions (0.5m, 1m, 2m and 3m).
- What are the available colors of VOLTA?
- VOLTA comes in 4 different colors (Black, Gold, Silver and Rose Gold).
- Is it easy to remove the connector tip from the phone charging port?
- The connector tip will stay perfectly steady in your phone port, from any general day to day usage, even if your phone dropped and you will be able remove the connector tip easily with your finger nail whenever you have a need to do so.
- Does VOLTA support higher amperage and voltage charging? 5.1 volts, 2.1 volts for iPad?
- Yes VOLTA supports all of the higher amperage and voltage charging.
Will the magnets in VOLTA products damage my device in the long run?
No, VOLTA magnetic products such as our cables and adapters will never damage your phone. The magnetic strength is just enough to offer a strong connection but not strong enough to damage your phone, you have nothing to worry about! On a side note, it's recommended that our cables are used with the laptop’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) USB C power Brick to ensure best results.
Is it easy to remove the connector tip from the device's charging port?
The connector tip will stay perfectly steady in your device's port for any general day to day usage. However, for your convenience, we provide a tip remover for every cable set ordered.

Is the VOLTA cable MFI certified?
VOLTA products are not MFI certified. However, the VOLTA cable works and syncs perfectly with all Apple products and does not inflict damage to Apple products. All VOLTA products have embedded smart chips that allows them to support tethering and syncs effortlessly with iTunes.
Is the VOLTA 2.0 charger compatible with OnePlus Dash charging and Huawei Supercharge?
Yes, the VOLTA 2.0 cable in the 5AMP (5A) version will offer OnePlus Dash charging as well as Huawei Supercharge.
Does having a VOLTA tip in my phone negate the waterproof/resistance of my mobile device?
We have tested this by putting the device in water for 30 mins. After taking it out the device still functioned along with the tip being fully intact. Although it's possible that water under unusual circumstance can be trapped within the tip causing corrosion nevertheless this shouldn't affect the device's ability to be waterproof/resistant. However after taking the device out of water be sure to thoroughly dry the tip before charging otherwise you could cause damage to your VOLTA tip.

When disconnecting my VOLTA cable or adapter the magnetic tip comes out from my device, did I get a faulty product?
This is often not an issue with the magnetic tip, but rather your devices charging port is most likely worn out. When using a traditional cable you have to insert it in and out of your device(s) port countless times every year, this causes the port to stretch or even damaged in some cases. The good news however is that there is a solution, all you need to do is to remove it in an angle, not straight off the device. Another great thing is when you get a new device next time, by using a VOLTA magnetic product you won't ever damage your ports again.
Are all the magnetic tips compatible with any VOLTA cable?
All VOLTA 2.0 products and their tips are cross compatibility with other products in the VOLTA 2.0 product range. However other devices outside of this range are not and have different tips to the VOLTA 2.0 range.
Does your cable support data transfer, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay?
Yes, existing cables on our website supports DATA TRANSFER 2.0, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
What is included with the VOLTA Blink and what is the mAh?
The VOLTA Blink comes with 1x VOLTA Blink Station, 4x VOLTA Blink Capsule, 3x Magnetic tips (Micro-USB, USB-C, and Lightning), and 1x 0.5 Meter VOLTA 2.0 Cable. The mainframe power bank has 8000mAh/pcs while the individual power bank has 1200 mAh/pcs
Why do you not offer AU plugs considering you are an Australian based company?
We will have new wall chargers with AU plugs very soon.
Will the VOLTA 2.0 charge my Google Pixel phones?
No. They are not designed to work with devices that are using Power Delivery technology. It might work for some but you might experience inconsistencies. We recommend that you order the VOLTA Spark for Power Delivery devices.
Why does my Magnetic Adapter 2.0 not work with my USB C to USB C cable?
USB C cables are using Power Delivery technology that our Magnetic Adapter does not support. Only USB A cables can work with it.
Why does my iPad using USB C tips not work with my VOLTA 2.0 cable?
Newer Apple iPads with USB-C ports are using the Power Delivery Technology in charging. The VOLTA 2.0 Cables are not compatible with Power Delivery. You will need a VOLTA Spark for newer Apple iPads with USB-C ports.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? What are your payment options?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery. We accept credit & debit cards via Shopify payment powered by Stripe, we also accept Apple Pay, PayPal, AfterPay and Zip Pay (AfterPay & Zip Pay only available in Australia currently), be sure to review the total amount before proceeding. All payments are secure - we do not keep any of your payment details.
Is it possible to change my order or add to it even after I put it through?
We ship standard orders roughly 24hrs after you order but it can be much sooner. However with Express and Expedited orders it can be as soon as just a few hours after you order. If you require any changes to your order that you have placed already we suggest messaging us via our facebook page straight away! We can't guarantee we will be able to make the changes before we ship off your order but we will do our best.
How can I track my order?

Do you ship anywhere in the world and does the free shipping apply to any country?

Can I cancel my order once it's already shipped?
No, we no longer have control over dispatched items.
Why do I need to pay custom fees?
Custom fees, taxes and duties are determined by your government. These differ from country to country. Please be aware of any fees that may be related to importation of goods or commercial trade in your country - you can find this information out through the website of the appropriate government body. VOLTA is not responsible for payment of custom fees, taxes and duties unless charged upon checkout.
Should you still be charged even after paying taxes and duties upon checkout, please contact us and we will process a refund for you.
My parcel is taking longer than expected - how do I resolve this?
There are delays in shipping due to COVID-19 related changes globally. Some borders are still closed and there are fewer commercial flights than normal.
Please note that VOLTA does not have authority over couriers and customs. We simply use the services of various couriers to help ship our products to you. If your order has not been delivered within the time frame provided upon checkout, please contact your local post to make sure it is not waiting in customs for pick-up. You can also contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Please use the tracking number provided to you via email upon order dispatch to monitor your parcel’s whereabouts.
What does your LIFETIME WARRANTY include?
Simple as this, if the product(s) breaks and no longer functions how they should, all you need to do is contact us and replacement shipping is FREE.
The lifetime warranty is applicable to all VOLTA products still being sold on our platforms - website, Indiegogo, or Amazon. We do not offer warranty on products already phased out as these are not in stock anymore.
Under what conditions can I claim for warranty?
Our warranty is simple, if the product does not work it's intended way at any point in time, we will replace it for you free of charge! For more information, please refer to the Warranty & Returns page.
How do I file a warranty claim for a defective product?
Simply contact us or email us at care@voltacharger.com. It’s best if you can provide us with a photo/video of the exact concern that you are having with your VOLTA products for us to proceed with processing the claim straight away.
How does the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee work?
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have changed your mind within 30 days after receiving your VOLTA products, we can definitely process a refund for you. All we need to do is to return the product back to us. You can send it to PO BOX 8270 GOLD COAST MC QLD 9726 AUSTRALIA. Just note that customers are liable to pay for the return shipping. Once you have shipped your return, we advise that you contact Customer Service at care@voltacharger.com and provide them the tracking number for us to closely monitor it.
As for defective products received, you can request for a refund provided that you will support your claim with a photo/video of the exact concern that you are having. Note that we can only process a cash refund for orders received within 30 days.

I have a VOLTA Original, VOLTA XL, VOLTA XL Improved, can I still request for a replacement?
The Lifetime Warranty can only be applied to existing cables on our website. We can only process a replacement for items that are still being offered online.
Why do you need to have two versions, VOLTA Spark 60W and VOLTA Spark 100W?
We have decided to create two versions to address the incompatibility of the VOLTA Spark 100W with iPhone’s 18W Fast Charging technology.
If you’re after fast charging your iPhone, you will need a VOLTA Spark 60W. But if you will be using the cable with devices higher than 60W, we encourage you to get the VOLTA Spark 100W. Please note that the VOLTA Spark 100W will still be able to charge your iPhone but only at 10W.

Why does VOLTA Spark not work when connected using the USB C to A adapter?
Any USB C to A adapters on the Spark will definitely affect the cable as most adapters are not capable of the same output as the Spark cable. The cable is designed as a USB-C Power Delivery cable and any changes to that it’s not going to operate as intended, this most likely would be the cause.
Is the VOLTA Spark compatible with other laptops while using third party wall adapters?
It may work with some, however VOLTA Spark is intended to be used with the laptop’s original equipment manufacturer (OEM) wall adapter. We can not guarantee it will work 100% correctly when using a third party wall adapter.
Please note any VOLTA cable that stops working being used with a third party wall charger for your laptop will not be covered under our lifetime warranty however it’s still covered under the 30 day money back guarantee regardless as we want to allow you the chance to at least try and see if our products work with YOUR setup.
Are you going to release a shorter length of the cable and a right angle version for the VOLTA Spark?
If we see high demands, we might be able to do it in the future but there is nothing in the works for this as of right now.
Is the VOLTA Spark compatible with the VOLTA 2.0, VOLTA XL, or with the VOLTA XL Improved?
No, the VOLTA Spark is not compatible with the VOLTA 2.0 and VOLTA XL since they are using different charging technology and have different engineering designs. Therefore, it cannot be interchanged.
As for the VOLTA XL Improved USB-C tip, it is compatible with the VOLTA Spark 100W Cable, and the VOLTA Spark 100W USB-C Tip is compatible with the VOLTA XL Improved Cable. But note that the VOLTA Spark 100W Lightning and Micro USB will not work with the VOLTA XL Improved Cable, and any VOLTA Spark 60W tips will not work with VOLTA XL Improved Cable at all.
What is the difference between VOLTA Spark and VOLTA 2.0?
The VOLTA Spark has a fixed USB-C on one end and an open magnetic adapter on the other end where you can use a USB-C, Lightning, or Micro USB magnetic tips. Whilst the VOLTA 2.0 has a fixed USB-A on one end and an open magnetic adapter on the other end where you can use a USB-C, Lightning, or Micro USB magnetic tips.
