Why is my Volta Max Micro USB tip not working with my Max Cable?

The Volta Max is a multi-device cable that is designed to support two USB standards; the USB 3.2 through its USB-C end, and the USB 3.0 through its USB-A end. Micro USB devices mostly work with the USB 3.0 standard, therefore, when using the Micro USB tip, connect the USB-A end of the cable. 

Is the Volta Max cable compatible with the Volta Spark tips?

No, the Volta Max cable is ONLY compatible with the Volta Max tips.

What length of the Volta Max cables do you offer?

The Volta Max cable is available in two length options: 0.5M (1.6ft.) and 1.5M (5ft.).

How do I disconnect the cable without pulling it out with the magnetic tips?

The magnetic tips are designed to remain fixed to devices, but with the increased magnetic strength in the Max cable, you have to tilt the cable sideways to disconnect from the tip, instead of tugging it out directly. 

Are magnetic cables safe for use and is 240W not too much?
